Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we deliver to more than 200 countries in the world and offer different shipping options as applicable.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges vary according to weight and volume. At times certain items may allow free within India as well . For details you will be provided with relevant information at time of checkout.


Are there any duties and taxes?

For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian GST

For customers outside India, any import /export duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes. It is necessary to pay these in order to get you order released from customs.

How do I know my order has been placed?

Once you have placed your order the system will show the confirmation with an order No on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email.


How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can track your order and shipped will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.


When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery time of each product is mentioned on product page. Please take note of the dates given before you proceed to checkout.Orders within India should reach the customer within 7-10  days after the date of dispatch. Orders outside India should reach the customer within 10-15  days after the date of dispatch.


How Does Shipping work at

We have tied up with several service providers (courier companies ) and India Post and they have different coverage areas. Before your order is placed please do check the city of your choice before placing the order.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates



What happens Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please do check your Pincode on the product page (you don’t have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. If you haven’t provided your Pincode until the checkout stage, the Pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • Whether the Seller ships to your location
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.


What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Available”  etc. mean?

  • ‘In Stock’
    For items listed as “In Stock”, Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location Pincode ( usually 5-7 business days). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
  • ‘Available’
    The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.
  • ‘Preorder’ or ‘Forthcoming’
    Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)
  • ‘Out of Stock’
    Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to know once it is available for purchase.
  • ‘Back In Stock Soon’
    The item is popular and is sold out. You can however ‘book’ an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.
  • ‘Temporarily Unavailable’
    The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to know when it is available for purchase.


Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please email us at with a subject address change or call us immediately. We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
